5. Payments & Fees

Aigenxi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including creative concepts, proprietary data, and client materials, unless permission is given to share such information.
